We are a nurse-led home healthcare provider, delivering essential personal and complex care to adults in the community. We are now recruiting Healthcare Assistants in several North Dublin areas, including Raheny, Kilbarrack, Artane, Baldoyle, Blanchardstown, Cabra, Finglas, and Ballymun.

Who You Are:

  • Compassionate and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Pursuing or completed QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
  • Completed or currently studying Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
  • Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Able to provide work and character references
  • Willing to complete Garda Vetting (fee reimbursed)
  • Previous home care or clinical experience is a plus (not essential)

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver person-centred care in clients' homes
  • Support clients with daily living tasks: dressing, hygiene, meals, mobility
  • Promote client independence, comfort, and safety
  • Follow care plans and report changes in client conditions
  • Document daily care notes clearly and accurately
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control
  • Work collaboratively with care managers and clinical supervisors
