Our client is a successful Irish retail business based in Dublin. They are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as an Senior FP&A Accountant. The business offers flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role provides an excellent step into a high caliber FP&A team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Head of FP&A in preparing and coordinating the quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts;
  • Perform on-going KPI analysis for a range of business lines;
  • Business partnering with operational managers to develop business cases and ensure flow of financial information;
  • Oversee the preparation of various financial models and insights packs to be used by key stakeholders;
  • Continually identify areas for process improvement;
  • Ad-hoc projects as they arise.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Qualified accounting professional with 2/3 years post qualified experience;
  • Prior industry experience in a commercial role preferred;
  • Flexible, confident and organised team player;
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
  • Advanced excel user and strong system skills preferred.
