What You'll Do
  • Travel internationally, regularly for site inspections, familiarisation trips and to deliver events
  • Take full ownership of international events — AV, branding, logistics, registration, VIPs, contracts, venues, entertainment, and more.
  • Lead from the front with hands-on project management across multiple concurrent events.
  • Travel globally for client meetings, site inspections, and live event execution.
  • Manage client relationships with a solutions-driven and commercially focused mindset.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, instilling best practices and team cohesion.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, partners, and internal teams for world-class delivery.
  • Champion sustainability, innovation, and cutting-edge technologies in your events.
What You BringMust-Haves:
  • 5+ years in end-to-end international corporate event management.
  • Experience handling event operations across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Budget ownership and financial reporting proficiency.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Passion for creativity, delivery excellence, and client success.
  • Familiarity with tools like Cvent, Aventri, or similar event tech platforms.
  • Awareness of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in a business context.
  • Experience incorporating sustainability and innovation in event design.
