Role

Senior Occupational Therapist

Location: Kildare Region

Employment Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week

Salary: This position will be remunerated on the Occupational Therapist, Senior HSE PayScale.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, efficient and effective service for persons with physical, sensory needs, for the ageing population and for persons who are non-neurotypical
  • Provide clinical knowledge, skills and experience in sensory integration, posture management, universal accessibility and risk assessment
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
Requirements
  • Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
  • Have a minimum of three years full time (or an aggregate of three years) post qualification clinical experience
  • Have the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
