David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a French speaking Account Development Representative to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.
Position: Account Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week at the office (after training)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges.
- Engage with potential clients via various communication channels.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace.
- Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
- Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams.
- Stay informed about the client's products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred.
- Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
