Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with Service Users daily. They will contribute to enriching the lives of our Service Users.

Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Full Driver's Licence.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining and ensuring the safety of our properties.
  • Complete repair orders for general repairs within specified timeframes.
  • Notify management of major repairs needed.
  • Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs, following proper training and guidance.
  • Complete all necessary reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain property and equipment safety and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
  • Follow safety/security rules and instructions.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call system.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of materials and techniques relevant to maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and to learn.
  • Reliable, flexible, and dedicated approach to work.
