Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer – Global Investment Firm

Location: Dublin (Onsite)

Our client is a well-regarded global investment firm with a strong European presence and offices across key international locations. The firm's Dublin office is growing and plays a key role in supporting regulatory obligations across its broader operations.

Who should apply?

This role is ideal for compliance professionals with:

  • 4+ years' compliance or legal experience, ideally in financial services or asset management
  • Experienced with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks
  • Experience supporting AML/KYC processes and policy drafting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Role and Reporting Lines

This position reports to the firm's Head of Global Compliance and sits within a cross-border team, including local compliance colleagues in Dublin.

  • Regulatory Oversight – Support on UK and US compliance matters
  • Monitoring – Lead and implement the Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Fundraising Support – Assist with investor documentation and due diligence
  • Policy Development – Draft and maintain internal compliance policies
  • AML & KYC – Conduct reviews for transactions and investment processes
  • Training – Deliver internal compliance briefings and updates
  • Regulatory Coordination – Support regulatory communications and external audits
  • Team Collaboration – Engage regularly with international colleagues
