Overview

We are searching for a talented Group Graphic Designer to join our Group Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong portfolio in both graphic design and video production. Reporting to the Group Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be a key part of our team, responsible for creating captivating visual content for our diverse portfolio of hotels.

The role demands a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent task execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial part in telling the story of our brands through a mix of print and digital media, with a strong emphasis on video and motion content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Production: Design a broad range of print and digital materials, including brochures, billboards, posters, and social media content.
  • Video & Motion Content: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, such as promotional videos and property tours, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand and style guidelines.
  • Asset Management: Manage and organise our digital asset library.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and videography to keep our content fresh and engaging.
What We\'re Looking For
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work in both graphic design and video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • A bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles.
  • Basic knowledge of videography equipment, including cameras and lighting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
