About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a civil engineering site within a live pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex construction projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily running of the site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor on site

• Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met

• Maintain detailed site records and documentation

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders

• Lead site meetings and progress reviews

• Identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or disruptions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or related field

• Experience working in or around pharmaceutical or regulated environments preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent understanding of H&S standards and site management practices

• Relevant construction or engineering qualification

• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and any other relevant tickets.
