Overview

Trainee Phlebotomist – Full Training Provided – Northern Ireland

Join Bluecrest Wellness as a Trainee Phlebotomist with full training provided. Internal title: Health Assessment Specialist. You will deliver high-quality health assessments across your region while developing phlebotomy skills and related certifications.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to allocated venues within your region, set up kit, greet customers, and deliver health assessments according to package a
  • Perform various health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy when qualified, Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests) and provide guidance on appropriate follow-up testing where relevant
  • Maintain and update administration records accurately
  • Maintain high standards for clinic venues and customer service; manage time and customer flow (approximately 15–22 customers per day)
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to transport kit; ability to store items at home
  • Flexibility to work any days Monday–Sunday and any times 6am–10pm on a rota; shifts typically 6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, or 1pm–10pm
  • Proficiency with computers/tablets/phones
  • Clear DBS (processed on your behalf)
  • Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home and occasional overnight stays
  • Live within the regional location and attend Milton Keynes head office for first 2 weeks of training (Mon–Fri)
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills; satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us)
What we offer
  • Base salary £20,837.25 per year with OTE up to £38,000 including commission, expenses and overtime
  • 30 hours per week; 3 x 10-hour shifts
  • Expenses paid with mileage at 45p per mile (up to 10,000 miles, then 25p per mile)
