Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a Team Member (Receptionist) at our Dublin hotel. Working on a part-time basis, you will receive a competitive salary of €13.80 per hour.

As our Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations
  • Be the first point of contact for guests
  • Handle guest queries and complaints
  • Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
  • Ensure positive guest experiences to achieve 5-star reviews
  • Manage bookings through Apaleo, our hotel booking system
