Energy Engineers – Multiple Roles (Graduate to Senior)

Dunwood Recruitment are delighted to partner with our client on a number of exciting opportunities for Energy Engineers to join their growing consultancy team in Wicklow. We're looking to speak with candidates at all levels – from recent graduates to experienced and chartered engineers – who are passionate about energy efficiency, renewables, and sustainability in the built environment.

Our client works on a wide variety of projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors, delivering practical and forward-thinking energy solutions. With a strong focus on professional development, this is a great opportunity to join a team where your skills and ideas will be valued and developed.

Opportunities available across:

  • Energy auditing and retrofit design
  • Renewable energy feasibility and design (e.g. solar PV, heat pumps)
  • Energy performance modelling and compliance
  • Sustainability assessments and decarbonisation strategies
  • Client engagement, project delivery, and regulatory compliance

What we're looking for:

  • Degree-qualified in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
  • Graduate to senior-level experience in a relevant role
  • Chartered Engineers or those working towards chartership are welcome
  • Strong technical understanding of energy systems and building regulations in Ireland
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as IESVE, AutoCAD, or Revit is a plus
  • Must have full eligibility to work in Ireland
