Commercial Manager

- Lead contract negotiation, drafting, and administration for construction projects
- Prepare and analyse tender submissions, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
- Manage Monthly Valuations, Variations and assesments
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to achieve financial targets
- Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate the procurement to ensure materials and subcontractor agreements align with commercial objectives
- Produce monthly commercial reports and present insights to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction contract management or quantity surveying
- Proven track record managing contracts in sectors such as residential, commercial, or infrastructure
- Experience with standard form contracts
- Demonstrated success in driving cost savings and optimising commercial performance
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management abilities
- Proficient in construction-cost software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Sharp risk-identification mindset with solution-oriented approach
- Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to C-suite
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
- Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing business needs
- Ambitious self-starter with a growth mindset
- Based in Dublin, with occasional UK and Ireland travel
- Competitive salary band: €70,000–€85,000, commensurate with experience
This role is designed as a stepping stone to Commercial Director within 2–3 years. You will gain exposure to M&A integration, group-level budgeting, and strategic commercial planning, positioning you for a senior leadership role in our expanding organisation
