Our Dublin based client is looking for a Senior IT Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in leading IT transformation initiatives, managing project planning, and providing team leadership. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing large-scale IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Transformation Leadership: Spearhead IT transformation projects, aligning technology services and infrastructure with the strategic goals of the organisation. Develop a roadmap for transforming IT services that supports business growth and innovation.
  2. Project Planning and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Utilise project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of IT professionals.
  4. ERP System Management: Manage the implementation, customisation, and maintenance of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. Ensure these systems effectively support business processes and provide a platform for scalability and integration.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and cross-functional leaders to ensure IT strategies and projects align with overall business objectives. Act as a key liaison between IT and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Leader, with a track record of successful IT transformation and project delivery.
  2. Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
  3. Strong background in project management, with expertise in using project management tools and methodologies.
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.

Educational Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
