We are hiring on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a leading hospitality venue in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take the next step in their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage service across the venue.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, stock management, and ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Support the management team in implementing sales initiatives and service improvements.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service to support staff and engage with guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Senior Waitstaff in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
