About The TeamThe Technical Product Management team partners with Core Technology & Platform Engineering teams to build foundational tools that accelerate product development. We focus on creating leverage through technical expertise, domain experience, and product-oriented thinking.
About The RoleYou will serve as the dedicated product partner for the Security organization and its initiatives across Datavant.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to define and prioritize features and requirements.
- Translate security and operational needs into clear product specifications.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with security goals and integrated with other product roadmaps.
- Support rollout and adoption of security programs to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
- Work closely with the CISO and stakeholders to gather feedback and evolve security initiatives.
Leverage product thinking to track KPIs, analyze UX feedback, and serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating value and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Communicate vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring understanding of security programs and requirements.
- Understand security needs across teams.
- Identify shared security solutions to improve efficiency and security posture.
- Prioritize security enhancements for customer-facing products.
- Define initial security product initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, UX/UI, security, and compliance teams.
- 5+ years in product management, strategy, or engineering focused on security products.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- High productivity, quick understanding, and response capabilities.
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
- Confident leader capable of explaining strategies and products effectively.
- Motivated, proactive, and a team player who understands diverse perspectives.
