Access is a top healthcare recruitment agency based in Dublin, working with hospitals, clinics, social care providers, and more across Ireland. Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for ambitious professionals to join us as Business Development Executives, and become trusted partners for our clients.

Responsibilities

Here's what your day will look like:

In Business Development, your role is to build relationships with clients across Ireland, understand their staffing needs, and become their go-to partner for talent. You'll spend your days on calls, reaching out to decision-makers, booking meetings, writing proposals, and growing accounts. It's a fast-paced, commercial role. And we'll make sure you're equipped to thrive

Who We're Looking For
  • B2B or consultative sales experience (1-5 years) - especially if you've worked in business development or inside sales
  • A proven track record of hitting targets and embracing KPIs
  • Strong communicators who combine a big drive to be a high-performer with professionalism
