Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Content Quality Reviewer to join a global quality review team. This role involves reviewing content and advertisements to ensure compliance with community standards and advertiser policies. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining platform integrity by delivering accurate assessments, insights, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review content and advertisements for compliance with community and advertiser standards.
  • Provide market-specific insights and recommendations to improve content integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance policies, tools, and processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and write insights based on error trends.
  • Participate in calibration efforts with vendor teams.
  • Support quality assurance projects and contribute to onboarding and certification efforts.
  • Engage in content moderation and policy enforcement with high accuracy.
  • Work with potentially graphic or objectionable content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in trust and safety, public policy, or international relations.
  • Experience working with vendors and providing feedback.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in content moderation at companies in the digital or social media space.
