Overview

The role is a 36-month program designed to strengthen technical, analytical, business and leadership capabilities, consisting of three 12-month rotations in different parts of the business in Ireland. It provides opportunities to excel personally and professionally and to impact the organisation's goals and objectives in Compliance, Supply, Strategy & Profit Plan. The team requires Technical Engineering Graduates with experience to provide multidisciplinary expertise and technical support to the Carlow team, including Utilities, Validation, Technical Transfer / Process Support, and Quality.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare documentation associated with projects in accordance with GDP (good documentation practice) and site procedures.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, problem-solving teams for troubleshooting, and investigations across site.
  • Prepare, review and approve technical documents, procedures, CAPAs, change controls, deviations, metrics, etc.
Qualifications
  • MSc/BSc/BE qualification (Engineering)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, interest in data analytics, equipment qualifications, and process validation in a GMP environment.
  • Demonstrated successes in a team environment, such as leading project teams and problem-solving teams; ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, problem-solving teams, and investigations across site.
  • High-level written and verbal communication with advanced PC skills.
  • Preparation of documentation associated with projects in accordance with GDP and site procedures; preparation, review and approval of technical documents, procedures and CAPAs.
