Responsibilities

  • Drive multi-market campaigns and activations to raise awareness among key opinion leaders and external stakeholders on safety, data security, privacy, and wellbeing.
  • Build a strong internal network of contacts to stay informed about emerging opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Represent the voice of the TikTok community—artists, businesses, and creators—to relevant public policy stakeholders in an authentic and relevant manner.
  • Develop a consistent approach to audience targeting, collaborating with European market leads and aligning measurement with broader business and brand metrics.
  • Partner with the Government Relations and Public Policy team and cross-functional teams including brand safety, communications, security, legal, marketing, product, and trust and safety to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience in public policy roles for technology companies, government, NGOs, trade associations, or political parties, with a proven track record in campaign development and execution.
  • Understanding of UK and EEA government policymaking and legislative processes.
  • Interest in internet public policy issues, including privacy, security, child safety, harmful content, and user wellbeing.
