About the role

You will oversee our breakfast service, ensuring a warm welcome for every guest and a seamless, elegant dining experience. Leading by example, you'll motivate the team, maintain service excellence, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

  • Experience in hospitality, ideally in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
