We seek energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Training and development will be provided. Candidates should be motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with service users to enrich their lives.
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Full Driver's Licence.
The role involves providing high-quality care, supporting service users in daily activities, community engagement, skills development, and personal outcomes. You will support with daily plans, community activities, life skills, and adhere to all policies and procedures. Shift work is involved, covering 24/7 operations.
Skills Requirements- Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided.
- Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline.
- Relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
- Positive attitude and passion for supporting people.
- Full Driver's Licence or in the process of obtaining one.
