We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join a highly respected Dublin based organisation.

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement in order to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and process mapping methodologies, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map and document current business processes using process mapping tools and techniques
  • Analyse process data and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and input on current processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and implemented
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes and make adjustments as necessary
  • Continuously research and evaluate new process mapping methodologies and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies and tools, including process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and value stream maps
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus
