Excellent opportunity for a Snr Engineering Leader to join an SLT with a biologics company in the Northwest of Ireland. The role reports to the site director and will be responsible for managing a team of engineers in technical and manufacturing engineering. A proven people manager in Biologics and Pharma would be ideal.

Overview of your responsibilities:
  • Lead Engineering team across Maintenance, Utilities, Validation, Automation, BMS, and Capital Projects
  • Ensure equipment reliability through maintenance, issue resolution, and CAPA
  • Oversee all site capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with EU GMP, EHS, and corporate standards
  • Maintain validation of critical equipment and utilities
  • Support facility and equipment commissioning and validation
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years in pharma/biotech; 5+ in leadership
  • Expertise in compliance, calibration, automation, and utilities
  • Proficient with CMMS (e.g. eMaint) and project tools
