Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are hiring for our client who wishes to appoint an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their well-established production facility based in Roscommon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a dayshift only basis, offering stability, excellent earning potential and the chance to play a key role in maintaining and improving electrical systems on-site.

The Role
  • Provide electrical maintenance support across production and facilities equipment
  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems
  • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
The Person
  • Qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose electrical faults quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
