Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 1 based in Louth and surrounding areas. Do you have a passion for building relationships quickly and working in small groups? Are you looking for flexibility? We have some fantastic opportunities across Key Stage 1 in Primary Schools across Louth and surrounding area, assisting them with covering supply bookings, both in advance (pre-booked) and for last minute sickness cover.

Supply roles can offer you a flexible lifestyle where you can choose the days you work, and help to develop experience across a number of different schools, classes and year groups. The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant, with a passion and willingness to support students no matter what they need.

Requirements:
  1. Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or ratio equivalent).
  2. Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs, particularly in Key Stage 1.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  5. Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role are desirable but not essential.
