Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to a senior leader in the transformation function, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a systems lead for Salesforce and related commercial tools
  • Working with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance processes and reporting
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and streamlining existing ones
  • Delivering commercial insights through dashboards and data analysis
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and providing scalable solutions
  • Leading user training and documentation for systems adoption
  • Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and best practice
  • Supporting broader transformation and optimisation initiatives
