Are you a skilled, customer-focused professional seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team.
As a leading service provider in the industry, we specialise in servicing and maintaining a wide range of products, including domestic and commercial wastewater, separators, pump stations, hot water cylinders and rainwater harvesting systems and fuel storage tanks. Additionally, we offer sewage and septic tank emptying and desludging as well as comprehensive facilities management services. You'll deliver exceptional service, leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.
As a Service Engineer, you'll tackle diverse tasks in an environment that values growth. Whether troubleshooting in the field, excelling in customer service, or undergoing advanced training, each day offers new challenges and rewards.
What We Offer- Annual Leave: 24 days plus public holidays.

- Tools Provided: Company van and tablet.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (42 hours/week).
- Lunch Allowance.
- Overtime Rates: Time and a third (Mon-Fri outside regular hours); Time and a half on optional Saturdays.
- Manage tasks using PDA software and provide customers with accurate updates.
- Conduct visual risk assessments and escalate concerns as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service, discussing service plans and upgrades onsite.
- Perform inventory checks for van and lockup stock.
- Plan efficient travel routes using SATNAV.
- Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Physically fit for the job (medical assessment may apply).
- Clean driving license
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in challenging environments.
- Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with the wastewater industry, including sewage systems.
