Reporting on a day-to-day basis to Senior Management and Business Unit, the successful candidate will provide a professional and proactive support activity to the particular team. The successful candidate will need to be results driven with a commitment to achieve tight deadlines and have a positive and flexible attitude.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the compilation of submission documents in accordance with the company's procedures and standards ensuring a consistent high quality of information.
  2. Work with the Team and coordinate with other relevant teams during the submission process to gather the necessary information for the submission documents.
  3. Manage the production process to ensure enough support and resources are available to complete the submissions within the given time frame.
  4. Assist the particular team with secretarial and organisational duties such as arranging meetings and appointments.
  5. Assist the Senior Team in maintaining day-to-day department data and the production of monthly reports.
  6. Attend trade shows and events in association with the Sales/BD team as required.
  7. Contribute to the Team by attending regular team meetings, taking notes, and producing minutes.
  8. Provide a professional and high-quality service in accordance with the Company's Quality Assurance procedures to ensure a continuing improvement in the service provided to the company's clients.
  9. Assist in the maintenance of the CRM database by inputting data as required.
  10. Compile CVs into the correct company format for tender submissions.
  11. Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential

Show your expertise

  1. A confident, dynamic team player with strong relationship and collaboration skills capable of delivering solution-focused results.
  2. Demonstrable organisational abilities with accurate and organised methods of working.
  3. IT literate with high level abilities in mainstream software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint (to be tested in interview).
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience in dealing with tender documentation and database management.
  6. Driven to deliver quality results under pressure, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  7. Confident individual with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, giving direction and organising workload for themselves and others.
  8. Previous general administration experience.
  9. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  10. Good general level of education.
Highly Desirable

  1. Business Development qualification or equivalent.
  2. Ideally have knowledge and experience of commercial marketing.
  3. Working knowledge of Desktop publishing software.
  4. Possess a current driving licence.
  5. Supervisory experience.
