We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join Suir Engineering Ltd. This position will be for a Pharmaceutical Plant based in Dublin 15.

What you will be doing?
  • Ensure the successful execution of assigned projects.
  • Understand the Electrical install process, communicate daily with site supervision, and be the main POC for daily meetings with the Client.
  • Establish project resource requirements and lead/motivate the project team.
  • Manage subcontractors and the site team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers' performance against their scope of supply.
  • Maintain a balance between schedule and available resources.
  • Responsible for all Health, Safety, and Environmental controls on assigned projects. Maintain standards of safety and comply with the Company Health, Safety & Environment procedures. Take reasonable care of one's own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality Systems.
  • Interact with the Client/Senior Management to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Occasionally undertake duties not necessarily associated with a particular project, which may include site visits and business development proposals.
