REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 12 months of Visual Merchandising experience in sports or fashion retail.
  • Strong sales knowledge and understanding of products, retail, and industry trends.
  • Flexible working hours aligned with campaign launches and store activities.
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines; proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High standards in presentation, mannequin dressing, lighting, cleanliness, steaming, and pricing communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative, organized, and proactive problem-solver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create visually appealing product displays consistent with adidas branding and seasonal campaigns, including window displays, in-store displays, and mannequin styling.
  • Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize store performance in collaboration with management.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on visual merchandising activities and results.
  • Train and communicate merchandising standards to store teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider Visual Merchandising team on innovative projects and store resets.
  • Enhance store performance through effective visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
