Overview of Role
Our client is currently seeking an ICT Change Manager to be based out of our client in Dublin 1. This will be a hybrid working model 50%/50% from Monday to Friday. This contract will be initially for twelve months and expected to extend for another 12 months thereafter. Our client requires the services of an experienced Transformation Change and Communications Specialist to work directly with the Programme Change and Communications Manager and be part of the IT Transformation Programme Team. You will provide change communications support, change management support and support overall Programme change. The client reserves the right to re-assign the Intermediate ICT Change Manager to other programmes in its portfolio should the need arise. You must be available to provide services from the commencement date of the services estimated to be end of August 2025
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful change communications content in collaboration with work stream leads to drive awareness, foster acceptance and support the adoption of work stream initiatives.
  • Provide Change Management support to Programme workstreams
  • Develop Programme Change heatmap
  • Develop and deliver highly effective change and communications plans
  • Conduct change analysis, change impact and business readiness assessments
  • Ensure comprehensive and effective monitoring and co-ordination of communications and change activities
  • Manage Stakeholders communications and engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to Programme planning and identification of risks/issues
  • Monitor stakeholder cohesion and alignment within the team to proactively identify and address potential resistance / conflict.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • You must have the equivalent of 5 years' experience in organisational change management, organisational development or related field.
  • It is a mandatory requirement, that you hold a certification in change management.
  • Organisational Change Management - Proven recent and significant experience of working in an Organisational Change Management environment.
  • Supporting the delivery of IT Transformation Programme - involving changes to people, behaviours, ways of working, organisational structure and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
  • Communications development and planning - proven recent experience in communications development, translating technical content into plain English and communications planning & co-ordination.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - excellent communications and interpersonal skills to build impact and influence
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives at all levels; with proven experience in engaging and influencing management, driving buy-in, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
