Fund isor

Responsibilities

• Assist the account manager in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of global companies.
• Perform administration and services pursuant to administration agreements for hedge funds.
• Calculate and report fund NAVs, liaise with clients regarding trade issues and corporate actions.
• Manage daily reconciliation of all cash and positions with custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties.
• Verify fee accruals accurately in the accounting system according to the PPM and fee budget; monitor expense budgets.
• Calculate performance and incentive fees in NAVs and oversee their payments.
• Analyze changes in fund values relative to market fluctuations.
• Assist with onboarding new business in collaboration with the account manager.
• Communicate with clients and auditors regarding fund-specific queries.
• Ensure funds comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and audits.
• Assist team members with daily operational activities.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance capabilities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental procedures.
• Follow established fund accounting procedures and controls.
• Meet reporting deadlines for clients, investors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• Over 4 years of experience in fund accounting or investment fund audit.
• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CFA (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
