In this role, you'll lead the charge on our social media strategy, create standout content, and bring their brand to life across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. If you're a pro at short-form video, have a flair for storytelling, and love all things beauty – this is your chance to shine

What You'll Do:
  • Own and execute the social media strategy
  • Create engaging, video-led content and manage the content calendar
  • Film and edit tutorials, behind-the-scenes clips, and product demos
  • Jump on trends and craft original, scroll-stopping posts
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and launches
  • Build and engage their community, responding to comments and DMs
  • Track performance and optimize content accordingly
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years in social media/content creation (beauty background a bonus)
  • Strong video, photo, and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and scheduling platforms (e.g. Sprout Social)
Bonus Points For:
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships
