Job Description:

CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce its partnership with a reputable service that has been supporting people as they emerge from homelessness since [year]. We are looking for a Project Worker to provide efficient and high-quality support in Cork Street, Dublin.

We seek experienced Social Care Professionals to work 39 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday (no night shifts), to deliver this support.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A degree in Social Care, Social Science, Applied Social Studies, or a related discipline such as addiction or social work.
  • At least one year of experience working with this client group.
  • An understanding of issues affecting homeless individuals.
  • Knowledge of child protection, mental health, and addiction issues.
  • Proficient IT skills and knowledge of PASS database.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong report writing and record-keeping skills.
  • Own transport and a full driving license.
