Barden are proud to be working with a key client on a very strategic appointment of a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A). This role is a newly created role to help support the fastest growing division within the Group. The company is looking for an astute and practical leader to support its ambitious plans.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to shape and deliver business strategy by providing financial insights and working cross functionally. You will play an instrumental role in both strategic and tactical decision making.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
  • Monitor financial performance through monthly reporting, highlighting and explaining variances and analysing key business drivers
  • Develop KPI reporting to drive meaningful action points
  • Develop and grow key relationships with stakeholders across the group
  • Ensure the highest standards of Financial control are in place for accuracy and completeness
  • Proactively support commercial decisions and add value to the decision-making process

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Prior experience in a senior commercial finance role
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to build relationships with high level of emotional intelligence
