Trust & Safety Analyst (Hybrid, Dublin Docklands)

Location: Dublin Docklands

Duration: 2–4 Month Contract (via Coyle Consulting)

Hybrid Work: Onsite for training, then Monday & Friday from home

Client: A leading global tech company (our client)

Are you a sharp, solutions-focused professional with a background in Trust & Safety, policy enforcement, or legal investigations? We're hiring for a short-term Trust & Safety Process Analyst role with one of the world's top tech companies, offering the chance to work on meaningful projects with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

Review video inventories for safety and policy alignment

Use SQL for querying, data validation, and insight generation

Build and maintain dashboards to track process performance

Collaborate with legal, law enforcement, and policy teams

Support safety-focused initiatives with a detail-oriented, policy-driven approach

Your Background:

Experience in Trust & Safety, policy review, or content moderation (from a tech company is preferable)

Proficiency in SQL – writing and understanding queries

Ability to build dashboards and automate/report with basic coding

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Independent and proactive – a self-starter who can hit the ground running

Understanding of online safety policies and legal processes
