As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador responsible for driving beauty sales by achieving your sales targets, promoting the brand, and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.
You will demonstrate passion for the brand and embody the elegance of Parfums Christian Dior at all times.
KNOW THE ROLE
- Become an expert on makeup and skincare, capable of presenting and applying products to inspire and attract new clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by your line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and transaction units (ATU).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Creative, able to evoke emotions associated with fragrances.
- Tenacious, willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
- Results-oriented, seeking to grow the business through events and activities.
- Self-confident, comfortable engaging with customers using strong selling skills.
- Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying Dior's elegance.
- Previous experience in luxury, consultative sales, especially in beauty or fragrance, is required.
