A Market Leading Corporate Firm has a vacancy for a Receptionist with previous C-Suite experience. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is situated on the Client Floor and provides a 5* service to all clients of the Firm. Liaising with IT, Catering, and Facilities, the successful candidate will work as part of a professional reception team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Candidates should be available to work shifts rotating weekly: 07.45-16:15, 9:00-17:30, and 10:00-18.30.
Salary: to €45k
Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Death in Services Benefit, Canteen, on-site Gym.
Overall Package: Circa €50k
The Role:- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls.
- Managing internal meeting rooms and related catering.
- Booking taxis.
- Issuing Access/ID cards.
- Managing various administrative tasks.
- Professional and reliable, with good energy and enjoys a client-focused role.
- Flexible, can multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Experience of working in a corporate environment and a natural team player.
- Display discretion at all times.
