About the Role

Access Healthcare is currently recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) with ICU or high-dependency experience to join our growing team. We offer flexible shifts and placements tailored to your availability and career goals.

As an ICU Nurse, you'll work in dynamic, high-acuity settings, delivering life-saving care and supporting patients with complex clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care in ICU/high-dependency units
  • Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced equipment
  • Administer medications and respond to emergencies promptly
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and document care accurately
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, dignity, and advocacy

Requirements
  • Active NMC registration (RGN)
  • Recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work under pressure
  • Stamp 4 holders, Irish, UK, or EU citizens only
  • We do not provide Certificate of Sponsorship (COS)
