Key Responsibilities:
Apply in-depth knowledge of complex transfer pricing concepts to analyse business models, value chains, and intercompany transactions.Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modelling to develop and support transfer pricing strategies.Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.Provide strategic advice on restructurings, intellectual property valuation, intercompany agreements, and other key transfer pricing matters.Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development and career progression.
Candidate Profile:
Degree-qualified in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.Minimum of 4 years' transfer pricing experience within a consulting or professional services environment.Strong technical understanding of OECD guidelines and global transfer pricing regulations.Experience with financial transactions transfer pricing is advantageous.Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead client engagements.Proven experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced advisory setting.
