The purpose of this position is to assist with the routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager.
Key responsibilities:- Assist with all aspects of bookkeeping of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures.
- Assist with accounting matters, including preparation, reconciliation, and proofing of investor reports, statutory financial statements, and ad hoc requests.
- Assist with routine audit queries.
- Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and support documentation.
- Maintain records on Yardi, eFront, and Excel schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of tax returns.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Studying for a relevant professional qualification (supported by Aztec Group).
- 2-4 years of experience, exposure to Real Assets industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Propco, regulatory reporting, Lux GAAP, IFRS preferred.
- Computer literacy skills essential.
