  • Execute Batch Manufacturing Records.
Key Responsibilities and End Results:

(Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):

  • Ensure deviations/NCEs associated with batches are in compliance prior to release, in conjunction with quality engineering.
  • Prepare and review all extractable samples as required.
  • Batch Manufacturing Records Review:
    • Verify accuracy of all records within the BMR.
    • Verify that all activities within the BMR related to metrology, inspection, production, line clearance records, etc., have been completed effectively.
    • Ensure effective resolution of any inaccuracies within the BMR.
    • Maintain records for easy retrieval and preservation.
    • Release components and final products in SAP system based on approved batch files.
    • Report paperwork issues to the relevant Team Leader/Manager promptly.
  • Complete Incoming Inspection activities, including sampling and documentation.
  • Liaise with Warehouse/Supply Chain regarding batch release activities.
  • Record stock counts to prioritize batch releases.
  • Request data from Moulding QC Lab and calculate Cpk values; work with QC Lab and Team Leader to resolve issues on Cpk failures requiring re-measurements.
  • Update Work Instructions as needed.
  • Support safety and quality programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure ongoing GMP compliance in all practices and records.
  • Follow all GMP training requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on company and department needs.
Job Specifications:

The minimum education and experience required:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of quality control concepts (experience in QC desirable).
  • Experience in administration and record control.
  • Understanding of Metrology (desirable).

Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong initiative, decision-making skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail with GMP and GDP knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
