CIS Security has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security Officer in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves representing the company as an ambassador, delivering high-quality guarding and customer service to clients and service users. The position is diverse, interesting, and multifunctional across all areas of Corporate Security, with a high degree of responsibility. The environment is dynamic and evolving, requiring adaptability.

Information:

  • Position: Corporate Security Response Officer
  • Location: Dublin
  • Pay Rate: €15.65 per hour (€16.80 per night shift & €5.00 per hour Sunday premium)
  • Hours: Average of 36 hours per week
  • Shifts: Various shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends

Job Requirements:

  • PSA Security Guarding Licence & CCTV certification
  • Experience in 5-star Corporate Security, Concierge, or Front of House roles for at least 1 year (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and good IT skills
  • Experience with Access Control & Monitoring Systems
  • Experience with Visitor Management Systems
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing
  • Immaculate presentation and pride in appearance
  • Flexible approach to duties and events
  • First Aid Qualification
  • Ability to perform all duties confidently and provide documentation upon request

Job Role:

  • Deliver high-quality guarding and customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team, proactive and resourceful
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Physically fit for patrols and standing/walking during shifts
  • Write incident and shift reports
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with visitors and staff
  • Use IT skills to operate Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Communicate effectively via email and in person
  • Exercise command and control, escalate issues appropriately
  • Conduct opening & closing procedures, patrols, reception duties, access control, and emergency procedures
