The Panel is working exclusively with a niche investment manager to source a Performance Attribution Analyst to join their small team in Dublin. The role requires someone with performance attribution and analysis experience along with a quants/coding background. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams across the firm to drive investment performance and risk analysis. The role reports to the Head of Risk, an experienced individual who will provide support and mentoring to the Performance Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with multiple teams, including Marketing, CIO, Operations, Compliance, and Investment, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct mandates attribution and reconciliation of holdings, ensuring alignment with constraints and accurate performance reporting.
  • Perform investment attribution analysis and provide tailored analysis to meet style requirements.
  • Run screens and conduct quantitative analysis of holdings, including earnings revisions, and present data visualisation outputs.
  • Support the Head of Investment Risk with investment risk analysis and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with strong numeracy requirements, achieving at least a 2.1 classification.
  • 3-5 years experience in performance analysis & attribution in an investment management ideally supporting a PCF holder
  • Ability to automate processes, structured communication skills, and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Self starter who can work on their own initiative
