Press Brake Operator

Ohshima Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team based in our facility in Shannon, Co. Clare. This role requires someone with a background in a fast-paced multi-national company environment.

• Competently setting up and operating various models of Press Brake machines.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Producing machined parts using Press Brake Machines.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs or support.
• Assembling goods on production lines.
• Carrying out basic quality and testing checks.
• Packing goods for shipping.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area, including equipment and storage.
• Participating in training and educational opportunities.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Press Brake experience is required for this role. This role requires candidates to be currently residing in Ireland with a valid work permit.
