Overview

We believe that the hostel breakfast experience is an essential part of our guests stay. The atmosphere, the music, the lights and especially the happy Clinkees team who welcome our guests and start their day off in the right way A great breakfast experience is what can make-or-break the day of our guests. The food offering is simple but of good quality, providing our guests with their favourite breakfast items but with a twist of difference - can you tell that we are obsessed with breakfast?

We are looking for team members to join our breakfast team who will work the early morning breakfast shift starting work at the earliest at 6am. The operating hours of breakfast are approx. 7am-10:30am. Remember, you will have the power to create lasting positive memories for our guests.

What will I be doing?
  • Setting up breakfast area before service
  • Serving and clearing tables
  • Managing the food buffet and keeping it attractive during opening times
  • Cooking and preparations for the following day's service
  • Clearing areas and washing up dishes after guests
  • Ordering of products
  • Maintaining a friendly, positive environment (e.g., greeting guests with a smile and hot drinks)

Who are you?

You are someone who has travelled and can relate to our guests, who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best you can be. You can work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and can seek solutions to our guest queries. It would be desirable if you had previous experience in a similar role but not essential, an intermediate level of English is essential.

What else do I need to know?

This is a great role for someone who can take responsibility naturally and can work independently. Besides your breakfast tasks you will be involved in preparations for the following day, for the kitchen, ordering of products, cashing up at the end of the day and more, so willingness to learn and develop is also welcome.
