Urban are delighted to be working alongside a top architectural design studio in Dublin as they look to hire multiple Architects to the team following planned company growth.

An exciting time to be joining this fantastic business, with project pipelines increasingly busy and a positive 2025 ahead, my client are forecasting a strong end of the year with the following year looking positive and optimistic.

The Role:

Working alongside a team of architects and designers, as well as across the wider business, the suitable Architects will be involved through the development and progression of projects from early design and concept, working front-end, right through to completion on site – all the time working across multiple project typologies.

There are multiple roles across this team, with suitable Architects having previous work experience in Ireland and 2-4 years post-qualification. RIAI Qualification is essential. Suitable Architects will have strong design and concept qualities as well as technical nous and understanding of construction.

The studio are hoping to hire candidates that have experience across multiple project stages and typologies. Suitable experience will be across commercial interiors, hotels, and large-scale residential projects. Public sector experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:


•Professional qualification as an Architect (RIAI or RIBA)


•Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations


•Advantageous experience in mid-large scale Irish schemes.


•Essential expertise in Revit


•Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design
