Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin. Residential developer. Office based.
Our client is a well-established residential developer with a strong presence in Dublin and across Ireland. They deliver high-quality new homes and focus on modern design with sustainable building practices. There are opportunities for career progression within a respected name in the property industry.
Base pay rangeBase salary up to €50,000. Salary reviews conducted annually. Pension available. Good progression opportunities.
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage all project documentation (drawings, specifications, contracts) in line with Irish building standards and regulations.
- Ensure version control and accurate distribution of documents to site teams, consultants, and contractors across residential projects.
- Support compliance with BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and organise documentation for planning submissions, inspections, and project handovers.
- Work closely with design, technical, and construction teams to provide up-to-date project information.
- Keep digital and hard copy filing systems organised to meet audit, health & safety, and quality management requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in an admin role within the residential or civil construction sector.
