Customer Relations Executive - Fixed Term Contract

Join to apply for the Customer Relations Executive - Fixed Term Contract role at Toyota Ireland.

Applications are invited for the position of Customer Relations Executive Toyota & Lexus Ireland. Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you will be a key member of a team delivering exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for a person with a skill set based on seeking solutions and must have a proven background in dealing with customers on a daily basis. It is not necessary to have motor experience, however, it is essential that you have a proven Customer First mindset.

The role will require daily contact via telephone and email with customers and the dealer network where you will have responsibility for delivering Toyota's renowned quality service based on Kaizen activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications via telephone, postal, web, and email.
  • Ensure customer queries are recorded on our CRM system, according to our internal processes, to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Deal with all customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Take ownership of customer queries/concerns/issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Ensure effective communication flow between internal departments, customers, and the Dealer Network.
  • Work with the Customer Relations Team Leader to provide reporting on a monthly basis and as requested.
  • Provide general administrative support to other team members.
Experience and Skills
  • Experience in a key customer service role is essential.
  • Customer-driven with the ability to build relationships with customers and the dealer network.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the highest standards in customer experience.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be positive and enthusiastic, demonstrating a "can do" attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word; experience using Salesforce is preferable.
